Update How Is Dave Meniketti Doing?

We have great news! Dave Meniketti, the lead singer of Y&T, is doing fantastic. He’s in total remission after battling prostate cancer. Dave made his diagnosis public in February 2022, and he’s been undergoing radiation treatment.

It’s truly inspiring to see how he’s handled this challenge. Dave’s positive attitude and strength have been remarkable. His fans and fellow musicians have been sending him well wishes and support, and he’s expressed his gratitude for all of the love and encouragement.

While dealing with cancer is never easy, Dave’s recovery is a testament to the power of medical advancements and the importance of early detection. His story is a reminder to men to stay vigilant about their health and to get regular screenings.

We’re happy to report that Dave is back to doing what he loves most: making music! He’s been performing with Y&T again, and his energy and enthusiasm are as strong as ever. It’s great to see him back on stage, rocking out and sharing his talent with his fans.
