She holds the record for the most assists in the school and conference history with 602 assists. She also holds the record for most assists in a single season at Providence with 224. Doris holds the record for the most free throws in a single season (152) and the most free throws in her career (440).

Doris played for the Providence Friars women’s basketball team from 1985 to 1989. She was a standout player for the Friars and helped lead them to a lot of success. Doris was a gifted ball handler and passer. She was also a very good shooter and was able to score from anywhere on the court. Her skills made her a very valuable player for the Friars and helped her to become a record-breaking player.

In addition to her impressive stats, Doris was also recognized for her leadership and sportsmanship.
